  • VV: How long have you been a TIR trainer?
    CVG: After seven years of using TIR and teaching Psychotraumatology, with the encouragement of Stephanie Darling and Ragnhild Malnati, I finally became a Certified TIR Trainer this past December 2007.

  • VV: What inspired you to become a TIR trainer?
    CVG: My trainer's work, Gerald French, and almost a decade of seeing how TIR benefited hundreds of clients.

  • VV: What do you find rewarding about it?
    CVG: It's both a simple and extremely powerful trauma therapy technique.

  • VV: Are you willing to travel to deliver, if so under what conditions?
    CVG: Yes, I am willing to travel under reasonable accommodations.

    CVG: Yes, I have a private practice in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

  • VV: Besides TIR, what other things are you interested in?
    CVG: I am interested in Narrative Therapy techniques, Trauma and Recovery in ethnic minorities, Interface of Psychology and Spirituality.

  • VV: Describe your professional background?
    CVG: B.S. in Chemistry, M.A in Clinical Psychology, M.A. in Theological Studies, and Ph.D. candidate in Pastoral Theology.

  • VV: What other courses are you currently teaching?
    CVG: I am currently teaching courses in PTSD assessment, CISM, EMDR, CBT, and grief counseling.
